Barrows Gets Connected

One of El Camp’s longest standing members, Barrows, has launched a cool new product. In partnership with Samsung Electronics, they have developed the Connected Pop-Up solution to help brands, retailers, and real-estate developers quickly and cost-effectively launch a brick-and-mortar presence.

The Connected Pop-Up features all the elements for a successful Pop-Up, including ideation, location scouting, logistics and fulfillment. It uses a ‘Retail-as-a-Service” approach, allowing rentals for certain time-frames, and built in small, medium or large configurations.

With the Barrows Connected Pop-Up solution, Samsung’s Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled technologies bring data collection and analysis to the Pop-Up experience, providing retailers with insight into key retail factors including store traffic, customer dwell time, and heat maps.
